Terms of service

EXO is provided as a monthly subscription SaaS to performance- marketing agencies. Subscription tiers and per-tier caps are documented at /marketing#pricing.

Billing: subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions pre-pay with a 20% discount. You can cancel any time from your workspace settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use: you may use EXO to operate your marketing agency and serve your clients. You may not resell EXO seats to non-staff users, attempt to extract the underlying model weights or system prompts at scale, or use EXO to violate Anthropic / OpenAI usage policies.

Usage caps: each tier carries seat, client, and monthly-audit caps documented inline at signup. Overage is billed per the tier schedule. Soft cap (80%) auto-fallbacks to cheaper models; hard cap (100%) requires explicit admin override.

Liability: EXO is provided as-is. We're not liable for commercial losses arising from agent recommendations - every output should be reviewed by a human operator before being acted on with a client. The full liability cap (when this doc lands) will be tied to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination: 30 days' notice from either side. Material breach allows immediate suspension. On termination, full data export is available for 30 days, then deleted per the Privacy policy.
